1. Type 1

• Step 1: Cleaning the surface by spraying water with jet spray machine
• Step 2: Opening the cracks in ‘V’ groove, filling the gaps with polymer chemical and white cement
• Step 3: Applying 1st and 2nd coat with polymer chemical and white cement
• Step 4: Applying 3rd and 4th coat with Dr. Fixit 603 with Polymer chemical
• Step 5: Applying 5th and 6th coat with Dr. Fixit 601 with Polymer chemical

• Step 1: Cleaning the surface by spraying water with jet spray machine
• Step 2: Opening the cracks in ‘V’ groove, filling the gaps with polymer chemical and white cement
• Step 3: Applying 1st and 2nd coat with polymer chemical and white cement
• Step 4: Applying 3rd and 4th coat with Dr. Fixit 603 with Polymer chemical
• Step 5: Providing IPS cement mortar @ 1:5:200 grm polymer chemical, average thickness 2 to 4 Inches
• Step 6: Applying 5th and 6th coat with Dr. Fixit 601 with Polymer chemical

1. Type 3

• Step 1: Breaking of existing brick bat coba upto slab level
• Step 2: Cleaning the surface by spraying water with jet spray machine
• Step 3: Opening the cracks in ‘V’ groove, filling the gaps with polymer chemical and white cement
• Step 4: Applying 1st and 2nd coat with polymer chemical and white cement
• Step 5: Applying 3rd and 4th coat with Dr. Fixit 603 with Polymer chemical
• Step 6: Providing cement mortar @ 1:5:200 grm polymer chemical, laying nd fixing bricks and covering with cement mortar
• Step 7: Applying 5th and 6th coat with Dr. Fixit 601 with Polymer chemical

• Step 1: Cleaning the surface by spraying water with jet spray machine
• Step 2: Opening the cracks in ‘V’ groove, filling the gaps with polymer chemical and white cement
• Step 3: Applying 1st coat with polymer chemical and white cement
• Step 4: Laying and fixing polyester cloth with polymer chemical and white cement
• Step 5: Applying 2nd and 3rd coat with Dr. Fixit 603 with Polymer chemical
• Step 6: Applying 4th and 5th coat with Dr. Fixit 601 with Polymer chemical
